Withdraw to Your Wallet
Withdrawals reverse the deposit path: you request a payout to the same DANA, OVO or GoPay account you funded from, we verify your identity if it's your first withdrawal, and the amount leaves your balance and arrives in your wallet. The verification step asks for a photo ID and a selfie the first time; after that, withdrawals move without additional documents. We
batch payouts at fixed intervals rather than processing each one instantly, so expect the funds to reach your wallet within the next clearing window. You can track every withdrawal on the transaction-history tab, which shows the amount, the destination wallet, the request timestamp and the status.
- Open withdrawal screen — Tap the chip icon, then select withdraw. Your current balance appears at the top; enter the amount you want to cash out below it.
- Pick payout wallet — Choose DANA, OVO or GoPay — the same method you deposited with. The screen displays the registered wallet number; if you need to change it, contact support first.
- Complete verification — If this is your first payout, upload a photo of your ID card and a selfie holding it. Verification usually finishes within a few hours; we notify you when it's approved.
- Track the payout — The withdrawal moves to pending status. Check the transaction history for updates; funds arrive in your wallet during the next clearing batch.
